Commissary provides digital banking services including checking accounts, direct deposit, and related financial services. All banking services are subject to applicable federal and state regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service, close accounts, or limit transactions at our discretion.

Fees and Charges

We are committed to transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Any applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them. Our current fee schedule is available in the app and on our website.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Commissary services for:

• Any illegal or fraudulent activities
• Money laundering or terrorist financing
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfering with or disrupting our services
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commissary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app. Your continued use of our services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
